TOURNAMENT RULES
RULE PLAY:National High School Federation Rules

CLOCK:Running Clock: 8U – 10U Boys/Girls 16-Min. Halves.
   All other division’s 20-Min. Halves.

INTERVALS:Halves 3 minutes, Time Outs 1 minute
                  4 Time Outs per game, 1 additional per overtime
                  Overtime 2 minutes, No 20 - second time outs.

FOULS:               Player will foul out on the 5th foul.  Bonus will be on the 7th team foul and double bonus on the                                            10th team foul per half.

JUMP BALLS:     A jump ball will be used to start the game or an overtime period.
                                Subsequent jump balls will be on alternate possession.

3 POINT SHOT:   In effect for all age divisions.

DEFENSE:         Any type of defense, including full court press may be used at any time.

SCORE:             The official scorekeeper in the game will be the official and final authority.

PROTEST:          There will be no recognized protest. THE OFFICIALS OFICIATING YOUR GAME WILL BE THE                                            AUTHORITY ON THE CALLING OF THE GAME.

HOME & GUEST:The top team in the game bracket will be the home team, wearing light color jersey and sitting to                                          the left of the score table.  The bottom team in the game brackets will be the guest, wearing                                                dark color and sitting to the right of the score table.

COACHES         The head coach is responsible for the conduct of all coaches, players, and spectators                                                        associated with his team. Inappropriate behavior may result in the disqualification of a player or                                            team or the ejection of offending person. A repetition of any of the above offenses will constitute                                            ejection from the tournament.

ROSTER:           No diversion from the original roster will be accepted after the first game. Please make sure every                                         player, whether absent a game is listed on the original roster and his/her birth                                                                     certificate/EPPARD ID are all presented to the registration personnel.
